Hi there,

My name is Andrew.

I have been working in Out of Home Care (OOHC) since August 2017. During this time, I have gained experience as a therapeutic support worker, shift supervisor, house leader and disability support worker, particularly with young people in complex out of home care.

I started as a sole trader in 2024 and I currently work with 4 participants of various ages.

I have experience working with Autism, ADHD, FASD, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, MS, down syndrome, vision impairment.

I hold strengths in active listening, emotional support, consistency, safety and much more. I enjoy music, motorbikes, drumming, computers, gaming & walking. I live in the Goonellabah area and can work from Casino to Ballina but can work further if it’s the right fit.
